[ILUG] best cheap colour printer for linux use ?

 I'm looking for a decent colour printer that'll do postscript. There
doesn't seem to be any mention of postscript on most printers these
days...that scares me. I was sorta hoping to pay ~400 or less.

 Do USB printers work with Linux ? Are they effort to setup (currently
running a RedHat 7.0 beta, which ships USB-ready) ?

 If the printer doesn't do postscript, does Ghostscript support most
modern printers, or does it lag behind a good bit (If I remember
correctly, Aladdin used to GPL 12 month old versions of Ghostscript every
few months..).
