Yeah, I remember that -- and I think they butchered it to fit it in too,
if I recall correctly ;) However at least that's GPLed reuse of GPLed
code.
They still did a bad thing IMHO not bothering to (a) inform him or (b)
offer the code back to the main branch. But that's their problem when
they need to sync up with the mainline development at a later point,
really. They'll certainly pay in blood sweat 'n' tears then (speaking
from experience ;)
