You mean instead of, say "if you violate the terms of this license all
other rights granted to you are immediately revoked" to put "if you
violate this license, your rights are revoked, unless you ask for
forgiveness in which case we will warm to you, decide you're not all bad
after all, and relicense you" ;)
Even worded seriously, I think such a clause would cause the license to be
taken less seriously.
