Can someone tell me if the standard character set, which I would be
using with a UK board/english etc, is iso8859-1 or what?
If it is (or not) can anyone tell me what is the easiest way of
converting the HEX code I get with a web form, into something sensible?
(ie. 2C => ',' etc). And is there an easy way to handle the event of
other character. ,eg. a greek submits his name ;?
Thanks
