This still relies on parsing the RFC822 header, which is trouble - and I think
that plussed addresses are a sendmail feature, so even if it works on Eircom
at the moment (I haven't checked), there's no guarantee they'll continue to
work if Eircom choose to change their MTA in the future. Useful only if you
run your own MTA, I'm afraid.
