Yeah, Sendmail appears to remap mail for local addresses to their
external equivalent and wait to send out via the isp rather than immediate
delivery. Eg. I'm joe at localhost and use joe90 at hotmail.com and i want to
mail jill at localhost who is mapped to jill69 at yahoo.com. If I do
'mail jill at localhost' or even 'mail jill'
My message gets queued for transmission to jill69 at yahoo.com and she
recieves the message from joe90 at hotmail.com rather than from joe at localhost
Any ideas about that eh?
Conor.
