[ILUG] Red Hat mirror at ftp.heanet.ie

I'm, um, "doing stuff" to ftp://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/ftp.redhat.com/ right
now in preparation for the 7.0 release next week (as usual, the mirror
maintainers were the last to know :-( ). The directory structure is changing,
so the RH6.2 mirror might be unreliable over the weekend. Hopefully, all will
be well in time for the launch.
