I have 2 linux boxes here, IP addresses 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199,
subnet mask 255.255.255.0 . The first one has a kernel compiled to
include routing/forwarding, and the second is setup to use 188.8.131.52
as the gateway, while the first has a blank default gateway. They are
communicating with each other no problem, but if I try to access a
remote site from the second box, no go.
I have tried ping, ftp, telnet, etc. no joy.
Any help would be appreciated.
