specific versions. i signed up to do some of the sams chapters for
redhat unleashed. thanks to dave at heanet for his mirror!
ftp ftp.heanet.ie

pass: kevin at suberic.net
ftp> cd the/path/to/the/rpms
ftp> ls * redhat.rpms
ftp> bye
% awk '{print $9}' < redhat.rpms | sort -u > redhat.rpms.fn
and that last file has the rpms. for some reason it lists the files
twice - once for the expansion of * and once for the . dir. usually
* doesn't catch the . dir. weird. maybe 'ls . redhat.rpms' would
have been better?
anyway, i have it now. time to run though the chapters.
thanks for the help!
