[ILUG] DSN connection to Informix dynamic server failed - unable to load translation dll

I have on Redhat 6.1 an Informix dynamic server and installed SDK on 
a local and remote machin. The local SDK works fine but the remote 
one which is on MS windows95 couldn't connect. When I try to add a 
informix DSN and hit 'test and apply connection', it keeps giving me 
this translation dll error. Do any of you have experience or expertise 
about this MS client issue?
