Make sure that you use IP Masquerading, as the addresses you have selected
(192.10.10.X) are NOT reserved addresses. (192.168.X.X are, but you still
need IP Masquerading).

Are you set the /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward to 1 ?
If yes did you use the /sbin/ipchains -A forward -s 192.10.10.2 -j ACCEPT
command ? If you want to use ftp and icq and so on you should modprobe the
ip_masq_ftp.o and _icq and other modules. There's good HOWTOs and other
lightweight docs for newbies.
