Redhat 7:
I have the iso's.. I even turned them into CD's...
it installed fine and works on a celeron.
I have two dell inspiron laptops on my desk with neomagic video
cards. Neither will install. Even in text mode. It dies with:
Running anaconda - may take some time to load...
install exited abnormally -- recieved signal 7
sending termination signals...done
etc etc..
anyone seen this? or does someone know what the bugzilla database in redhat
is called (search of support for "install exited abnormally" threw up
nothing).
PAM logins:
I've seen it done somewhere (I think it's in the pam docs). There is
a pam module that supports a list of users. If you include that in the
account/session lines, then you can allow only those users.
