Who wants it ? It's the second edition, the source of all knowledge and
wisdom about sendmail. I don't need it anymore, because I've forsaken
sendmail for postfix, and I ain't going back. What will I do if I get
offered a sendmail consultancy job - I'll offer to solve the problem with
postfix :-)
