All,
As some of you are already aware, we have kindly been donated a
stand at this years e-Xpo by the organisers Scope Publications.
Details of the show are on http://www.expo.ie/
I am currently trying to work out what type of stand / image we want to
present of the ILUG, and what we can do with the stand ... All suggestions
on this front are welcome (please use the proinnsias at linux dot ie address
!).
I'm also looking for people to man the stand during the days of the
exhibition (May 3-5 I believe) I'll only be able to do evenings due to work
commitments, there'll be no pay, but a lot of personal coverage and
questions ranging from the mundane dumb to the insightful (if last year is
anything to go by)
I'll be contacting those who helped last year in the hope that they'll have
time to spend on this again, but I'd ask anyone interested in helping
(before or during) to contact me (again) and let me know ...
We also need a highlight for the show / stand ... so all suggestions welcome
...
