[ILUG] [Slightly OT] Disable forwards and backwards in Netscape and I.E.

Anyone know how do i turn off the forward(next) and backward(previous)
buttons in IE and netscape?

Idea being that when in a web site i do not want it possible to move
forwards/backwards through pages.
Or is there a script i can include in each page to disable cacheing of
previous pages so the buttons would be of no use anyway???
