You may find that it works out cheaper to buy a new pc via mail-order. I don't know what the second hand market is like, but you might be able to find something decent quite cheaply, allowing you to keep the p120 as a linux-only box (useful as a proxy server/gateway/firewall/webserver etc.) with the new one flying along in comparision, all nicely networked up together.
Looking at a couple of UK places, you can pick up 500Mhz K6-2s for UKP410 or so, so new isn't that bad a price either...
