One thing that I haven't seen mentioned on the reg, /. or anywhere is
the fascinating possiblity that windows now falls under teh GPL. If
anyone sent code - be it kernel patches or the latest version of xbill -
via hotmail, then we've got a situation where
-MS claim to own the code
-the code has been released under the GPL
-anything in Windows that resembles GPLed s/w can't be coincidence; can
MS claim to not have seen something they claim to own?
