There's a machine on the local network looking for an IP via dhcpd. It
keeps looking for the same IP.
I tried to ping the IP but it doesn't exist so it's not listening to the
DHCP server. Nobody has complained that their machine is off-line so I'm
baffled as to what machine is causing the trouble!

192.168.1.66 is the troublesome host obviously.
