It's possible that Netscape 6 doesn't support this feature. Check the
release notes for details (there should be a menu item for them).
I would recommend that you reomve Netscape 6 as soon as possible and
install Mozilla 0.8; it's faster, more featureful and more stable. It
also doen't install any AOL crap. You may wish to check the release
notes for 0.8 to make sure that the helper app thing is working,
however. 0.8.1 seems to be less stable than 0.8, which is why I did
not recommend it.
