Not true exactly...we had a lawyer from lennon heather in dublin give us
a guest lecture on software issues a while back and this issue was
raised.. he said that because you had to pay to go to college and
because you were not getting any monetry return from the college then
the college has no claim on it. That was his take on it. He told the
class to throw Copyright (c) Hugh Mc Gauran 2001 at the top of each
source file.
