Yes, everything works perfectly on mine, which is an Inspiron 8000.
Video works out of the box, sound required ALSA drivers (Maestro3), but
this has now been added as native in the 2.2.19 kernel. I didn't go for
the built-in mini-PCI option, but instead went for a type-III combo
Xircom, which worked perfectly out of the box on RH 6.2 for both the
network and modem sections.
All other hardware (disk, battery, APM, DVD, CD-RW, etc) worked out of
the box, RH6.2 again.
Daire Garvey has a Latitude with the mini-PCI builtin option, and it
picks up the 3COM 509x NIC perfectly. I'm not sure whether he got the
modem working or not, and I'm not sure if it's hardware or a winmodem.
