Simon,
what you need to do is add a section like the one below to the
lilo.conf, and rerun lilo ... it should work ..
Assuming your windows partition is on /dev/hda1:
other=/dev/hda1
label=Windows
You shouldn't need anything else ...
(unless you actually overwrote the boot sector of the windows partition
which is slightly more serious !)
