Don't upgrade via RPM to the RedHat 7 version of RPM!
Go to ftp.rpm.org and get that rpm. Failing that, you could install the
src rpm of RedHat 7's version of RPM, and build yourself a new version of
RPM in the rpm3 format (which will happen, as you are using rpm 3 to do
it..)
