Just find an ssh client for windows which supports ssh port forwarding.

SecureRT from Vandyke Technologies is one (www.vandyke.com)
the commercial SSH client from www.ssh.com is another.

Neither of them are freeware they're both commercial products and cost a
few $'s, i'm not aware of any freeware ssh clients which provide port
forwarding but there's bound to be some out there... If you're looking for
a freeware ssh client for windows then get PuTTY (search for it on
google/yahoo) unfortunately it doesn't support port forwarding yet thou (i
think it's in the wishlist).

HTH,
Regards,

Jerry.
