Hi.
Sorry to be a pain but would greatly appreciate tips re attached.
Is there a way I can generate a fontmap file for the font files in
/usr/share/fonts?

Thanks,

John

Subject: Gnumeric fails: no fontmap file

Hi,
as above. I've gnumeric installed as part of a RH7 build.
Gnumeric tells me my fontmap file is empty.
Too true: when I look for fontmap file in /usr/share/fonts, it ain't
there.

Lotsa fonts are, tho.

I seem to remember that I can generate a fontmap file somehow.

Any thots?

Thanks,

John
