www.grc.com has a cure for cih.  It'll recover any FAT32 partition (*with*
the data) without problems since the backup copy of the fat is beyond the 
first megabyte that cih overwrites.  IIRC, you need to have some idea of 
the partition layout for the initial recovery though.
