Don't know if the irish market is large enough for a linux only mag, you
could go somewhere with an alternative os magazine to suck in some more
users. And make a pilot for a number of months with a webonly edition 
to gauge interest and build a user profile for advertising and determining
desired content. 

Contact c't magazine in germany and cover their stories translated :-)
