[ILUG] Downloaders

Hi All,

I am trying, desperately, to download Redhat 7.1, and due to certain
circumstances beyond my control, my downloads keep getting killed.
Are there any downloaders available which will resume transfers when being
used over a HTTP proxy?
Realdownload won't when the proxy is being used, and CuteFTP doesn't seem to
work.
Can wget use a HTTP proxy? Can it support resmes when it does?
