tk8.2-dev for example
or tk8.0-dev (dunno what the differences are)

postgresql isn't available on stable?
ah, stable only has 6.53 (same as testing).

mixing stable and unstable may not be a great idea, it may be looking for 
stuff that is only in unstable.
