[ILUG] finding the owner in nested directory recursively

i have the following directory structure

name    owner
dir1    bsp
dir2    bsp
dir3    bsp

now i want to find all files in directory
dir1,dir2,dir3 and so on  where the owner is root .hwo
do i do it?
