I got one too, I wish they had told me what the spirit of it was.. I don't
stay dialled up .. modem disconnects after 10mins of idle time, I don't
have second line, I can't get connected until after about 10 tries.. (note
no busy signals, line connects but modems don't agree in under 60 secs)...

They're going to lose my phone as well I hope they realise and I'm
thinking of asking under the Data Protection act all the info they have on
me and my phone number... (including dialup logs perhaps)...
