amanda does incrementals by default. (unless you tell it to only ever
do level 0's). Even better it has a 'planner' that tries to spread
the full dumps of your different disks across your dump cycle.

oh yeah, you'll also want to get the amanda 2.4.2 code, either from
CVS or else rawhide has RPMs of them.
