Hi,

The actual release that has the OPS (Oracle Parallel Server) option is 
8.1.7.0.1, 8.1.7 was released last year. This has been released and
should 
be currently available for download off TechNet. The big additions to 
8.1.7.0.1 were OPS and Pro*Cobol
