Well, environmental variables exported by postfix to procmail include
DOMAIN (domain part), EXTENSION (address extension), HOME (user's home
directory), LOCAL (text to LHS of @), LOGNAME (recipient username),
RECIPIENT (entire address including domain), SHELL, and USER.
I think :)
And you can tell procmail to use those variables then for delivery?
