[ILUG] [OT} MTU setting on Sun

[ILUG] [OT} MTU setting on Sun

Hi,

I am trying to figure out a performance/netowrk problem we
are having. We are trying to see why an exported X Display
takes so long coming up on a Sun box. I did it to my Linux
box so that I could capture packets and see how much effort
was involved and it cam up about six times faster than the
Sun box. This is true even when I loaded the Linux box. So
he only thing I am left looking at is the network settings for
the Sun box. So the question is how do I find out the MTU
for its ethernet connection.

Regards,

Mark
