The platinum (err, titanium) PowerBook booted LinuxPPC first try.
Give it a couple of months out there so that the pmud sleep/wake 
functionality and any new funky IO stuff works properly.  V2.0
of the hardware is rumored to be lighter....and the Linux world will have 
caught up with the chipset changes by then.
