From what I remember, sig 11 errors are memory related. If you have dodgy RAM
or have mixed two different kinds of SIMMs/DIMMs together this can happen. A
quick look on Google for "signal 11" will reveal a lot of results from the
Kernel mailing list (and other sources), mostly about memory problems. Is
this an old machine or a new one? Would it be using DIMMS or SIMMS?
