Amavis use reformime to extact mime attachments.
It is part of the maildrop package.
http://www.flounder.net/~mrsam/maildrop/maildrop
Usage: reformime -xinfo/ < mailfile
This will extract multi-part mime to a folder called info
File names will retain their orignal filenames in the mail. It will
extract text and html portion of the message with a unique numeric
filename. It will not extract the headers
Do not use version 1.0 as it had a major bug.
