Yeah, using the DNAT target, connections can be routed in a round-robin
system. Its at pretty basic way to do things and I think iptables might
have more advanced support for this kind of stuff, its detailed in the
NAT-HOWTO. Something like this would suffice:

iptables -A PREROUTING -t nat -d 192.168.1.1 -j DNAT --to
192.168.1.1-192.168.1.10

That would route all connections to 192.168.1.1 to the machines
192.168.1.1 through to 192.168.1.10.
