ugh? ADSL will be rolled out from April the 1st. Thats the date eircom have
committed to for OLO's to get access to the exchanges.

Indeed. But it also does depend on what exchange you hang off of. Not all
exchanges in dublin will be active on the 1st of april. And even the ones
that are active won't be at full capacity on the 1st of april. So don't go
off thinking that when april 1st rolls around, you'll be able to go and get
adsl striaght away. Watch out for your ISP to start to advertise for it, and
then sign up straight away to get on the waiting list, would be my advice.

once again, HUH!? there are different types of adsl that you can get, but
there is no such thing as faster dsl from eircom than from esat. Everybody
will be able to offer the same products, otherwise the OLO's would be at a
disadvantage to eircom and would be off to the ODTR faster
than....eh...something that moves very fast ;)
