[ILUG] list admin issues

The problem there is that someone has to manually "OK" any legitimate
emails from people posting who happen to be away from their favourite
email client, or perhaps have their email setup to deliver mail to a
different account than the one they subscribe to.
If Colm were to go away on holiday, and forget to hand over the admin to
someone else for the duration the list could be awfully quite for a week
or so.. That happened on the Cork list last August but in that case, it
was only one email held for moderation. The number could be quite high
for the ILUG list.

Colm already has some "anti-spam" measures set up, so it does catch most
of the stuff destined for the list.

Donncha.
PS. someone on webdev list has the haha at sexyfun.net trojan..
