Heroes3 is the greatest strategy multiplayer game on the planet. My wife and
I (and our mates) have been playing it since the first release of hereos.
(thats over 8 years now) and we still play it. You can create your own maps
(I have well over 500 at this stage, and if you don't have a map, when you
play multi-player, you get it automatically)
Its a 2d game and its turn based, but 8 years play says it all.

--- The DeusEx port is underway. But you'll have to pay for the binaries...
Cool, I have no problem paying for quality. (and I am absolutely sick of
windows2000 crashing DeuxEX - and it has the multiplayer patch too, and sp1
and latest everything) Especially if it means more games being developed for
linux.
