Guys,
I installed a Mandrake 7.2 box as one of our e-mail gateways. It is an
old desktop machine but is more than enough for the job. When I
installed it though, I chose to use the hard drive optimisation (this
is right near the start, just after you choose custom or expert or
whatever). What can I change to remove this setting?? If you go to
the console after it has been left for a few days there are messages
about ide bus resets etc. The only thing that I can think that would
cause that is the hard drive optimisations.
Regards & Thanks,
Alan Smith.
