Douglas Adams was giving the inaugural address at a Decus conference
about 15 odd years ago... and at that stage he had already written 4
books in the trilogy as asked would he write another book in the trilogy
and he replied...

"don't be silly - you can't have 5 books in a trilogy" :-)
