Hi,
I was recently looking at tools such as FreeS/WAN, and was wondering if
anyone's used anything like a compressed tunnel, such as linking a
machine on a home network through to a remote HTTP proxy via tunnel.
As both machines are powerful, and the only limitation is the dialup
bandwidth, it would seem to make sense to (de)compress the data on
either end if possible.
Any experience in this area?
Regards,
Vin
