There is an EXCELLENT firewall script available as part of the TrinityOS feature set.

The firewall script is a nice bit of work.

See http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~dranch/LINUX/TrinityOS/cHTML/TrinityOS-c.html

Hi Eoin,

First and foremost, do you need FW-1/VPN-1? they are expensive and there
are many excellent free alternatives. As for it running on Linux, I've
never done it myself, but I don't see why there should be any problems.

Security focus had a 3 part article on setting it up which may be of use
to you:
http://www.securityfocus.com/frames/?focus=linux&content=/focus/linux/articles/checkpoint1.html
http://www.securityfocus.com/frames/?focus=linux&content=/focus/linux/articles/checkpoint2.html
http://www.securityfocus.com/frames/?focus=linux&content=/focus/linux/articles/checkpoint3.html

Regards,

Fergus.
