Paul,

Thanks for that.

Before I do it I just want to check one thing - the README.cf file says
to do the following -  'makemap hash /etc/mail/access <
/etc/mail/access' while you say to do a 'make' - which is better, given
that the system is already up and running in all other regards . . .
