The iPAQ is very nice and you can probably get a deal on it, which would be
good as it's expensive. Also, according to Liam Bedford, who's the only
person I know with enough spare change to own such a cute toy :-) you won't
be giving MS a penny because they give WinCE to Q free for the iPAQ as part
of their attempt to buy the PDA market too.

Your chances of doing that in this country are about zip, unless you use a
mobile phone in conjunction with the iPAQ. There are no providers of
wireless internet connectivity here for such devices, unlike in the U.S.
There is a GSM module for the Handspring Visor (a PalmOS device) but it's
not yet approved in this country, and I somehow doubt that anyone will
bother doing so - too small a market.
