[ILUG] ApacheCon registration thingy

eeek! more expensive than last years one, and they are also making us pay
for the printed notes, the bag, & the notes on cdrom, which were all free at
last yrs one.

Ah well early bird lasts until late september, plenty of time to start
working on the boss to get him to pay ;)
