The "copiousoutput" flag tells mutt that you want to take the output from
links and display it in the pager. That doesn't sound like what you want
if you're expecting to interact with links.
Personally, I use lynx -dump or w3m -dump to convert the HTML into plain
text, and then have that displayed in Mutt using the copiousoutput flag.
That way, I don't even notice when some twirp sends me HTML mail :-).
